We offer classes at your chosen pool location, or on-site at Boost Fit Club in Belle Meade in south-west Nashville.

About Our Lead Instructor - Lauren Worden:

Lauren has been teaching people of all ages for 21 years and she still loves what she does. She understands the individual's needs and caters to their specific goals.

Lauren meets people where they are at. Together the client and her asses their current abilities and formulate a game plan on accomplishing their swimming goals.

Tennessee Tech University (TTU) is a public, co-educational and comprehensive university located in Cookeville, TN, 82 miles east of Nashville. EduKick USA – GPA Soccer & Education Academy

Located less than 30 minutes north east of St Louis MO, EduKick USA is an international soccer school that provides an academic-year soccer training program for boys and girls (ages 16-19) from throughout the U.S. and around the world.

Courses / Programs
iD Tech Camps provides immersive technology summer camp programs for kids and teens in North Carolina. iD Tech Camps offers weeklong day camps and overnight camps for kids & teens ages 7-17. In addition, 2-week long overnight programs are available from iD Tech Programming Academy for teens ages 13-18. These technology education programs are held at 80 elite universities throughout the nation, including North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC, and UNC Chapel Hill in Orange County NC.

Get inspired by energetic, tech-savvy instructors, and build critical 21st century STEM (Science, Technology, Math, and Engineering) skills. Make your own game at the game design camps. Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI)

Located in northwestern Montana, Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI) is an accredited, family-run, therapeutic boarding school for troubled teens (boys and girls) ages 13-18 from Tennessee and across the United States.

In our beautiful, peaceful, and safe location, we combine the benefits of a therapeutic boarding school, a wilderness program, and a residential treatment center (RTC).

TWAI has been serving struggling teens and their families since 2002, with an exceptional degree of success.

We provide an extremely high standard of therapeutic treatment to our students, and offer help for the following presenting issues: poor academic performance, behavioral problems, addictions, low self-worth, spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and attachment disorders among others.

The Pool School in Collierville, Shelby County (and Memphis metro area) TN, is a leading swim school offering swimming instruction to adults and children. Rob and Janice Snowberger started The Pool School in 1995, since then over 15,000 students have learned to swim using The Pool School method.

Coach Rob is a Level 5 swim coach, the American Swim Coaches Association’s highest classification. He was an assistant coach at the University of Alabama under Olympic swim coach Don Gambril. Ms. Janice is the fun specialist at The Pool School. Many of the games and toys used in the Pool School curriculum are her creations.
