International Summer School at North Country School, Lake Placid NY:Are you searching for a quality English summer school for children & teenagers in New York State? Located in the village of Lake Placid, in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains, North Country School's International Summer School (ISS) provides English summer courses for international students ages 10-14 from July 5 to August 17. Two sessions, each three weeks long, offer English language instruction in the morning and enriching activities and excursions in the afternoon, as well as American culture immersion.

We offer two three-week sessions with quality English language classes in the mornings and activities / excursions in the afternoons.

A.C.T. is "Where the Action Is" this summer for your child on the historic Cathedral of St. John the Divine campus.ACT’s Summer Country Day Camp in the City has been providing campers with fun-filled summer activities in our spacious indoor and outdoor facilities on our 11-acre campus at the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine since 1971.
There is something here for every child from ages 3 - 13. Campers have the versatility to participate in arts, sports and specialized camps, and explore New York City sites, embark on scavenger hunt challenges, and take exciting field trips in our Adventure Camps.

Based in Upstate New York's Adronidack Mountains, Pok-O-MacCready Camps provide traditional residential summer camps for boys and girls ages 6-16. The Language Workshop for Children provides language instruction for young children in New York City.In the LWFC’s Summer Camp-Like Enrichment Program 3 to 9 years old expand their French, Spanish, or Chinese through language immersion fun, costume days, baking, arts and crafts, theme days, birthday parties and more! And because they are being immersed and acquiring a new language naturally, youngsters start thinking in it, building sentences, and speaking in it. Best of all, flexible summer scheduling lets kids come and go and accommodates family vacations.
This Summer, the LWFC is also offering its regular educational play classes for babies, toddlers and children. Whether its Languages for Tots®, Language Immersion Family Preschool or Languages for Children, our flexible scheduling allows your child to keep learning French, Spanish, Chinese, or Italian throughout their summer break.
