Howe Military School:
Located in LaGrange County, north Indiana, Howe Military School is a co-educational private American middle and high boarding school organized under a military-like structure for Grades 7 -12. Our military program is not intended to prepare students for military service but to give our students a competitive edge regardless of their career paths.
Whether in the classroom, on the athletic field, or as part of the military program, Howe challenges their students to prepare for success.

Howe Military School is a selective boarding school. Students at Howe are evaluated in a holistic way. We want to make certain that Howe is an appropriate placement for every student that enrolls.

Situated on a 150-acre campus in Austinburg, north-east Ohio (one hour east of Cleveland, Ohio), Grand River Academy is a college preparatory, all-boys boarding school for students in Grades 9-12 (with a post grad year option). Founded in 1858, Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart is an independent, college preparatory boarding and day school for young women in Grades 9-12. We are located in Lake Forest, Lake County, Illinois, 30 miles north of Chicago, and welcome domestic and international students. Woodlands’ curriculum includes Advanced Placement and honors courses, college prep, an exchange program, an exceptional fine arts program, year-round service opportunities, competitive athletics and club crew, as well as TOEFL and English as a Second Language options.

La Lumiere School is a co-educational boarding and day college-preparatory high school located in La Porte, Indiana, just a over an hour south of Chicago. Our aim is to shape the complete student in character, scholarship, and faith. Our curriculum, small classes, and dedicated faculty provide an academic environment with emphasis on the individual learner.
For almost a half-century, La Lumiere School has provided a comprehensive college-preparatory education for qualified young men and women from a rich diversity of backgrounds. Current enrollment is over 200 students.

Located in northwestern Montana, Turning Winds Academic Institute (TWAI) is an accredited, family-run, therapeutic boarding school for troubled teens (boys and girls) ages 13-18. We welcome students from Illinois, across the United States, and students from around the world (TWAI is authorized to issue 1-20's for international students).
In our beautiful, peaceful, and safe location, we combine the benefits of a therapeutic boarding school, a wilderness program, and a residential treatment center (RTC).
TWAI has been serving struggling teens and their families since 2002, with an exceptional degree of success.
We provide an extremely high standard of therapeutic treatment to our students, and offer help for the following presenting issues: poor academic performance, behavioral problems, addictions, low self-worth, spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, and attachment disorders among others.
With a passion for helping young people in crisis, our clinical, educational, and operations staff are among the best in the country.
We are a small program (40 students) which means that we are able to provide a truly unique and customized approach for every student.
Typically our on site student to staff ratio is 5:1. The average stay at our residential treatment center is 12 months.

We create a customized program for each student that requires a minimum of 3 months. However, best results for lasting success are realized through 6+ months of treatment.
TWAI graduates average a 3.5 GPA. It is common for a student to complete 1.5 years of course work in 1 year.
New Creations Chapel is a multi-faceted Christian organization located in East Richmond, Indiana. Our primary focus is a boarding school for teens in transition ages 12-18. We assist teens transitioning from a general state of rebellion to young adulthood. Our Christian Ministry and Boarding School is big enough to offer sports, television production, horsemanship and choir - yet small enough to minister to the individual.
