In order to earn accreditation, St. Mary High School met the high standards set by the NEASC. Under a set of regionally and nationally accepted standards, an Accreditation Visiting Committee of 7 professionals evaluated the school in areas such as curriculum, building features, finances, governance, staff and faculty, mission, and culture and climate.

The status of ‘Accreditation’ demonstrates to our students, parents and community that we provide a safe and enriched learning environment with highly qualified educators. In a letter from the NEASC, “the Commission commends the entire St. Mary’s community for modeling what was referred to in our meetings as an exemplary model of parish-centered Catholic Education. The Commission noted that the work of the administration and staff in marshalling the cooperation of the several constituencies of the school was pivotal in preserving the Christian family values that are the hallmark of St. Mary High School.”
