Shepherd School of Language was founded in the spring of 2004 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Committed to quality practical education. We take great pride in the educational strides we have made in such a short period of time. We are dedicated to providing our students with the education that enables them to fully understand English or to prepare them to become an American. We trust we will make further advancements in every facet of our institution and provide superior services and education to our forthcoming students.

Memberships, Licenses and Accreditation:

- SSL maintains Nevada Authorization Shepherd School of Language in Las Vegas is currently authorized to offer an ESL program. Our ESL Programs are exempt from licensure from the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education.

- Certificate of Completion at the Completion of the Intensive English Programs Students are awarded a Certificate of Completion indicating that they have successfully completed their program of study.

To provide quality intensive English language instruction that offers students an opportunity to enter into an American college or university for continued training or for personal and/or professional enrichment.

Beginner to Advanced Level English Language Courses for Adults:

Basic Level Courses:
Students carry on basic conversations, manage everyday life in an English speaking environment, read & write simple material.

Intermediate Level Courses:
Student can converse comfortably on most subjects, read the newspaper & write correctly in non-technical areas.

Advanced Courses:
Students polish their skills for university study or professional purposes. Student is ready to compete with the best American university students.

Conveniently located just three blocks from Wall Street in Lower Manhattan, New York English Academy (NYEA) is an English language school that offers a range of beginner to advanced level courses designed to help individuals learn English as a Second Language (ESL).

Authorized by the NY State Education Department, we provide full-time and part-time English courses that include Standard English, Business English, and TOEFL exam preparation. Students can avail of Morning & Afternoon study options.

Course schedules are extremely flexible, and are suited to each individual student. Our full-time English courses range between 1 and 48-week study periods.
