Horizon Japan International School is located in the heart of Yokohama, which lies on a peninsula facing the western coast of Tokyo Bay and is 30 kilometers away from Tokyo, the capital of Japan. Horizon Japan International School is located between Kikuna, Tsurumi and Oguchi stations, housing two learning units- Primary School and Early Learning Centre campuses.

Japan is well known for its excellent public transportation system. Three major train lines provide reliable and convenient access to HJIS from Kikuna (Toyoko Line), Oguchi (Yokohama Line) and Tsurumi (JR Keihin Tohoku line) stations. Horizon Japan International School is located between Kikuna, Oguchi and Tsurumi stations and is convenient access to public bus.

In addition to the classrooms, our modern facilities include a Lunch Room, a Multi Purpose Room for drama some other activities and presentations, a Music Room, a Computer Lab, a Science Lab, an Art Room, a Japanese Room, a Math Room, a Resource Room, an ESL Room, a Library, and a Gymnasium. The HJIS grounds include a mini basketball pitch, a mini football field, and playing fields.

Having access to such a wide range of facilities allows us to maximize learning in all areas of curriculum and to organize extracurricular activities within the school premises.
