Waltons New School of Music, Dublin:Founded in 1994, Waltons New School of Music in Dublin city centre is a comprehensive music school combining music tuition of the highest standard with innovative approaches to music education. We offer music lessons to adults and children of all ages and skill levels. Musical instruments taught include piano, guitar, violin, drums, flute and many others. We also offer courses in music technology, Leaving Cert music as well as singing lessons.

Inside, our rooms are filled with people of all ages, skill levels and backgrounds who have come together to explore the universal language of music.
A School for Everyone:
Our students –
over twelve hundred each term – range in age from three to eighty-something. While we welcome those who study music purely for enjoyment (and offer a variety of instrumental, singing, theory and music technology courses for beginners), we are also committed to provide training for those who want to make a career of music. We offer tuition in most instruments and theory to teaching diploma level and beyond, as well as training in a number of specialised styles and instrumental techniques. Professional musicians from all over the world have used our practice facilities, and the school has even hosted a unique site-specific art installation!

The Secret School of Sound is a sound training centre offering a range of short courses and weekend workshops in Ableton Live, Logic Pro, DJing and music production. Burren College Of Art

Burren College of Art is an internationally recognised not-for-profit independent college specialising in undergraduate and graduate fine art education. We offer artists and art students from around the world time, space and inspiration within the unique environment of the Burren. The Master of Fine Art programme is accredited by the National University of Ireland, Galway and is operated in association with the Royal College of Art, London and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Our undergraduate Study Abroad programmes, Summer School and Artist Residency Scheme also recruit internationally. The College is located on the west coast of Ireland, a 4 hour drive from Dublin by car, 1 hour from Galway and approximately 1.5 hours to Limerick.

Skerries Music Studio provides a wide range of music classes including singing lessons, guitar lessons, theory classes, music grinds and music appreciation sessions to primary, secondary and third level students. Music classes are also offered for adults. The Music Studio is based in Skerries, North County Dublin, 5 minutes walk from the train station and on the local bus route. We are half an hour from Dublin and 25 minutes from Drogheda.Music classes are provided by a professionally trained singer, who is an active performer, fully qualified secondary teacher and vocal coach.

Griffith College Dublin was established in 1974 and is now the largest independent college in Ireland, with a student population of over 5,000, including approximately 700 international students. Fiddlers Retreat
Courses / Programs
Fiddlers Retreat, in Tipperary (90 minutes from Dublin), Ireland, is the only traditional Irish Music and Culture school of its kind in Ireland. At Fiddlers Retreat we offer a unique insight into Irelands Music and Culture, where you can enjoy music tuition, afternoon sightseeing tours, night-time Traditional Irish music sessions, sporting events, Irish language and cookery workshops. Homestay accommodation is available with meals. Both adults and students are catered for. Fiddlers Retreat is located in Co. Tipperary, approx. 1 hour 30 minutes from Dublin.
