Daizawa International School is an International preschool and kindergarten in the Setagaya area of Tokyo, Japan. We provide learning opportunities for all children from 18 months to 6 years. We provide a home-like and friendly environment for children and families.
In our program, thematic learning forms the core curriculum, with emphasis on practical life, sensorial development, social development, and creative expression. The children are encouraged to become independent thinkers, and we aim to open their eyes to a world of discovery.
We introduce the children to a wide variety of information during the year through our monthly themes. Each theme we will also be taking a look at a different culture and educating the children about the world around them.
At Daizawa International School, we plant the right seeds and reap the fruits that bear the child's socio-emotional readiness, natural curiosity, confidence, independence, courage, and respect for others and oneself.
