Corcelle, Burgundy:
Corcelle was founded in 1992 to provide organisations and individuals with effective and efficient French language courses. Corcelle offers one-to-one total immersion in our language school in Southern Burgundy, France. Our residential courses are highly intensive programs for professionals, business people, executives, diplomats and other highly motivated adults. The one-to-one course is without doubt the most effective way of learning a language. Only this formula allows a programme to be individually tailored to the particular needs and potential of each learner.

Residential courses offer the optimum learning environment: free from distraction, students can devote themselves fully to the acquisition and practice of French throughout their stay. They work on developing their language skills every minute of the day: during individual lessons with their trainers, meals with other participants and teachers, at coffee-breaks, situational lessons or just a quiet discussion in the library.

Courses / Programs:

Photo of French Immersion Programs in FranceThe program consists of 50 + contact hours per week, (including all meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner) - with a teacher. It is full-time with constant interaction and language development. A teaching team of 3 to 4 teachers is allocated to each student. A daily revision recording prepared by the teachers is included in the program and copied on CD for further use after the course. The keynote of the Corcelle programme is the completely individualised nature of each program: it is tailored to the specific needs and potential of each student.

The chief boast of Corcelle is its wealth of experience in French language training, serving international business and organisations. Every year Corcelle welcomes men and women who need to learn French and want to improve their language skills, be it for work-related or personal reasons. Our objective is to help and prepare each student in the most effective way possible for contact with a francophone environment.

We promise to provide you with all the resources and personal attention you can expect from a quality language course. If you are an absolute beginner when you arrive, would you expect to be fluent when you leave after 2 or 3 weeks? No. But if you are a motivated learner, you will be able to express yourself and hold up your end of the conversation with a French speaker who is aware that you are not a native speaker.

- Intensive Course
20 hours per week. 2 hours of basic class in the morning and 2 hours of reinforcement class in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday.

- Extensive Course
10 hours of basic class or 10 hours of reinforcement class per week. 2 hours each day from Monday to Friday.

- DELF/DALF Exam Preparation
10 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

- Private French tutoring / one on one French lessons
(A free tutoring service is offered to all CEBP students. This tutoring is not mandatory but is recommended for students who have difficulties or wishing to improve.)
