The Culinary Academy of India in Hyderabad is India's first professional training school for culinary arts. Affiliated to Osmania University, our courses match the standards of top American and European culinary institutes. We are proud to offer a variety of comprehensive, internationally-focused career guided programs at under graduate, post-graduate, craft level and cruise oriented level. We provide our students with a platform which is complete with all the required tools, equipment, facilities and technology to become future chefs who are proud about cooking.

Our friendly atmosphere and small group classes place high emphasis on skill development and make them fit into a professional work force in managing large professional kitchens both nationally and internationally. The Academy is also partnered with P & O Cruises (UK), Princess Cruises (USA), and Costa Cruise Lines (Italy). 

Quality Culinary Arts Courses:
Our programs have been carefully designed keeping in mind the global hotel industry needs. Our programs provide sound knowledge of General Management, Leadership Capabilities and Team Skills with a rich local and global perspectives. Programs include:

- Bachelor Degree in Catering Technology & Culinary Arts (3 years)

- Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts                 

- 1.5 Year Certificate Course in Food Production & Patisserie

- Diploma in Cruise Galley Operations

- Preparatory Course as Costa Cruise Chef

The Academy has 8 classrooms and 7 fully equipped training kitchens. It also has a well designed demonstration kitchen and a compact 36-cover training restaurant. This would give the students the much-needed exposure to customer needs & demands and convert the feedback into practical improvement in their learning process.

The faculty includes 18 fulltime chef instructors covering all aspects of Food Production, Food Presentation, Kitchen Management, F & B Matching etc. All the faculty members have worked in some of the best-known hotels In India & abroad. They would not only take the students through theory and practicals but also advise and guide the students on to the paths of excellence in the study of gastronomy.

All the class rooms of the academy are a fully equipped with audio-visual aids, a highly utilized resource center & library that will be constantly kept in the state of growth. The academy offers two courses for students aspiring to icon the Culinary Profession.
