General English
Village English's core studies comprise an integrated approach to learning English grammar with a focus in the four basic skills: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Our approach to teaching English is based on real-life settings.
Village English has a course for every level of interest and budget:

20-hr Social: This program has been designed for students who wish to gain some exposure and gain confidence using English in informal and social settings.
25-hr Conversation: Like the Social Program, this program has been designed for students who wish to communicate well in most English language settings, with an additional and stronger focus on Pronunciation and Fluency.
30-hr Academic: The Academic Program is for students who need a more extensive program that covers all skills groups. While the focus on improved verbal communication will remain, students will study more in-depth language skills in order to be able to make presentations, write letters, and take examinations in English.
Deluxe Fluency: This super-intensive course is designed for students who want to make the most of their time in Canada to work hard at mastering the English language. Students will receive fully individualized teaching and will progress quickly and confidently, enabling them to feel comfortable in any English language environment.
