GV Accommodation also provides non-homestay services such as student residences, apartments, hostels and a variety of condominiums. All requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are designed to meet each individual students' needs.

All rooms are equipped with a telephone, desk and mini fridge (TV is only in rooms with semi-private or private baths); rooms with shared bath have a wash basin.

Students will have access to a fitness centre located nearby.

There are 3 large kitchens and 2 small kitchenettes with lockable cupboards.

There are student lounges, a coffee shop and internet terminals.

GV Toronto is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, just down the street from the University of Toronto and across the street from the Royal Ontario Museum.

Established in 1995, GV Calgary is located in the North-West Travellers Building, one of the few heritage buildings in Calgary. GV Victoria is ideally located in the middle of Victoria's tourism and shopping district. Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, is one of Canada's most beautiful cities. It is located at the southern tip of Vancouver Island, close to Seattle and Vancouver by ferry or plane.
