American School of Grenoble: The American School of Grenoble is an independent American international school for grades 6-12 located in Grenoble, départment of Isère in the Rhône-Alpes region of southeast France. The American School of Grenoble was founded in 1993 as a response to the needs of the Grenoble area English-speaking business community. Today the American School of Grenoble serves as an independent, non-denominational, non-profit, college preparatory coeducational school with AP courses, college prep ACT and SAT.
Our college preparatory curriculum culminates with the American High School diploma and includes Humanities, Social Studies, Math, Sciences, Communication, French and Electives. Our small student to teacher ratio allows teachers to tailor the curriculum to meet the specific needs of each student.
Individualized study opportunities are afforded to students pursuing honors level classes with the intention of taking AP exams; SAT preparatory classes are offered on a regular basis.

Located in St. Germain en Laye, in the western suburbs of Paris, the American Section of the Lycée International is one of thirteen international sections that comprise one of the highest-ranked public school in France. Of the nearly 4,000 children enrolled in the Lycée International, approximately 700 students are in part of the American Section, and range in age from 4 to 18. American Section students all follow the national French curriculum, in addition to 6-8 hours of native-level American English instruction per week.
Students attend courses on one of three American Section campuses (Lycée International, College Marcel Roby and Ecole Primaire Schnapper). While all students must speak fluent English to be admitted, there is a possibility for non-French speakers to enroll in a one-year French immersion program.

Courses / Programs
EPIM, International Private Schools of Marseille and the Mediterranean consists of two international bilingual (French / English) kindergarten and elementary schools in Provence, Southern France. One is located in Marseille between Roucas Blanc and the old port, and the second is in Luynes, 10 km south of Aix-en-Provence. Since establishment, EPIM offers a unique educational concept based on a curriculum recognized by UNESCO and mastered by more than 2,000 international schools around the world.
The school offers children an atmosphere where they can learn both French and English for an international oriented future. Classes are small with a maximum of 16 children enabling each child to work at his/her own level under the direction of our experienced team.
Our curriculum is based on the International Baccalaureate (IB), which has been specifically designed by and for international schools. Activities are not only centred around languages, math & science, but also the arts, music & social studies. Our school has an open admissions policy and each application is considered entirely on the child’s individual merits.

Open Doors provides English literacy classes for English-speaking children. We are based in the western suburbs of Paris and have been operating since 1985. Our classes are compatible with the French school timetable and all our pupils attend French school. Over 80 children, aged 4-11 years old, are currently enrolled. We limit the teacher/pupil ratio to 1 to 10.
We employ only qualified primary school teachers who are native English speakers. They have wide experience of both an Anglophone education system and bilingual children. All nationalities are welcome but good spoken English is required. Open Doors is a non-profit making association run by parents. Fees are kept to a minimum. There are both nursery classes and primary school classes.
Nursery Program; Primary School Program. Language of Instruction is English. Nursery Classes (Tuition starts at 4 years old. French school is not compulsory until 6 years old) and Primary School Classes ( From nursery classes, children progress into Class 1 and can stay with us throughout primary school.
Ombrosa is a private, bilingual, international school in Lyon and Savoie, south east France. It operates within the French national system of education. It is also authorised by the IBO to offer the International Baccalaureate.The school’s aim is to provide an education tailored to the needs of each of its pupils from the Nursery through to the High School. Ombrosa welcomes French speaking, English speaking and international pupils.
Throughout their school career, the students have opportunities to travel abroad for lessons in the country whose language they are studying. They will be hosted in one of Ombrosa’s 170 partner schools (in Great Britain, Canada, Japan,Spain and United States). At each one, the student will be completely immersed in the daily life of his/her exchange student’s class and family. (except for 2nd and 3rd grade).

The American School of Paris is a non-profit, independent, coeducational day school in the heart of Paris, which offers an educational program from pre-kindergarten through grade 13 for students of all nationalities. The curriculum is that of U.S. college-preparatory schools and also prepares students for the International Baccalaureate (IB). The School emphasizes the learning of French and makes extensive use of Paris and surrounding regions as curriculum resources. English is also offered for non-English-speaking students in grades K-7.
Elective courses offered in the Upper School include Advanced Placement (AP) and IB courses amongst others. The School is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Council of International Schools. The School is governed by a Board of Trustees, elected for 3-year terms, who in turn appoint a headmaster as the chief executive officer of the School.
