Reviews of Aba - Galilei Institute Of Italian Language, Florence

I don't really have anything bad to say about my experience with the Galilei Institute, and I cannot imagine studying Italian anywhere else. The people were wonderfully friendly, helpful, and caring, but the real testament to the value of my experience (I was actually excited about going to class every day and ended up doubling my time spent there because I enjoyed it so much) is how much of the Italian language and culture I learned during my stay. I started out as a complete beginner, and after 6 weeks was able to carry-on ordinary conversations, but also read and write in Italian. Many of my peers have tried to learn Italian or other languages in a more formal classroom setting, but I found that the approach the Galilei Institute takes to learning is the most natural and most effective of any method available to really learn Italian.

I did an italian language course for 3 month, and I was more than happy with my choice. The course has always been interesting and on a high level. The people were friendly and always helpful. The only thing I can complain about, is the temperature in the classrooms. I arrived at the end of January, and especially in my first month, for studying it was too cold.
