Unity Stage Company is conveniently located in the quaint neighborhood of Sunnyside, Queens, NYC, and serves the communities of Western Queens with its highly successful off-Broadway theater productions, childrens' theater and after-school performing arts summer programs in July and August. We also offer a year-round youth choral music program.Founded in the fall of 2009, Unity Stage Company is a creative home for diverse theater artists and theater lovers of all ages to explore the values that shape our changing world, as expressed through writing and performance. Kids, tweens and teens sharpen their reading and writing skills with scene-acting and playwriting and experience a variety of cultures through Bollywood moves, Ballroom dance steps and both French and Spanish pop-singing.
Additionally: Year-round youth choral music program.
Located in Flushing, Queens NY, the HSBC Children’s Garden at Queens Botanical Garden provides hands-on summer gardening camps for kids ages 5-12. We aim to teach them about nature, gardens, and plants in a fun and engaging way, while they enjoy playing in this beautiful environment. We also offer spring and fall programs for young gardeners.Our mission is to have the children learning by doing. All sessions combine practical gardening activities with environmental education. Enrollment is limited to 25-28 children, who are then divided into 3 groups, based on their age and abilities. We allocate one supervising counselor and two or three interns to each group, so you can be assured that your child will get the individual attention they need.

Hills Learning is a language school that provides high-quality Mandarin Chinese classes to adults, teens and children all year-round. This summer, we are teaming up with Chess Educators to provide a unique summer camp experience for boys and girls (ages 5-12) - combine Mandarin Chinese immersion instruction with an interactive Chess program. The program takes place at Léman Manhattan Prep School, in the Financial District of NYC (close to Wall Street).Kids will participate in fun, engaging activities, and they start off the day with a morning wakeup physical activity. In the afternoon, they get engaged in playing Chess and learning fun and effective strategies. All students must sign up for 2 weeks minimum. They can also take the camp for 4 weeks and receive a discount.
Our Chinese language instruction is fun and effective. We follow a textbook designed specifically for children learning Chinese. All language skills are developed, from writing and reading, to speaking and listening. Through interactive games and activities, the students learn the basics of this incredible language.
The chess camp provides an interactive and hands-on approach for kids to learn chess. Chess camp activities include chess instruction and lessons, a chess lab which includes worksheets, problem solving, and more tactics. Kids will also participate in class tournament games with notation and clocks making the camp an exciting and rewarding experience.
All students must sign up for 2 weeks minimum. They can also take the camp for 4 weeks and receive a discount.
World of Discovery Summer Camp of Bayside, Queens is conveniently located at the John Golden Ball Fields in Bayside in the north-east of Queens, NY (32nd Avenue & 215th Place). We offer 2-8 week summer camp programs for children ages 4-15 years. We offer round-trip, door-to-door transportation to all neighborhoods in Queens, NY. Campers will learn to swim, play sports and go on summer camp field trips. We specialize in providing children with a safe and fun summer camp experience.At World of Discovery Summer Day Camp of Bayside, Queens, summer-time is a season for children to expand their horizons, explore new territories, and discover new and exciting things about themselves. Whether the children are enrolled in the Discovery Sports Academy or the Discovery Summer Day Camp, they build new skills, discover new things, make new friends, and realize a new found confidence.
Through our structured programming, campers are encouraged to participate and excel in those activities that interest them the most. Both group and individual instruction is offered, and children are generally grouped according to age.

BlueStamp Engineering (BSE) is a hands-on summer engineering program for high school students that takes place in New York City, Houston TX, and San Francisco CA. Designed by industry professionals, this 6-week program aims to to show high school students the world of engineering first-hand. Our goal is to teach how to build devices that students are passionate about and show them that creating things is a blast!Students build an individual project from concept to prototype under the supervision of an experienced engineering staff. They will complete a working prototype, full engineering documentation, and a webpage which all help showcase their abilities during college/job applications and interviews. Example projects include solar powered phones, wind turbines, advanced lighting systems, and robotics. Projects can be selected from over 100 BSE suggestions, or students can suggest their own project.
While the main focus of the program is on completing projects, it is supplemented with guest speakers, brief lectures, an entrepreneurship curriculum, and a Maker Faire exhibit where possible. These extra aspects to the program show students what a career in engineering is really like, and the diverse opportunities such a career offers.
With convenient locations in the North Slope and South Slope areas of Park Slope, Brooklyn NY, Juguemos a Cantar provides a range of Spanish language programs for kids and teens (ages 6 months to 17 years old). We offer summer Spanish camps, Spanish immersion preschool, after-school Spanish classes, Spanish language workshops and much more.Juguemos a Cantar provides Spanish summer camps for young kids ages 2-8. Kids ages 2-4 attend camp at our North Slope location. Both full-day and half-day programs are available for 2-4 year olds.
Pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, 1st and 2nd Graders attend camp at our South Slope location. We offer full-day programs only for this age group, with extended day until 6pm available at an additional fee.
In addition, we offer an after camp summer program for fully bilingual children from Pre-kindergarten to 4th Grade at our South Slope campus.
Taught entirely in Spanish by highly-qualified and experienced bilingual teachers and instructors, our summer camps provide a Spanish immersion environment while they enjoy enriching activities every day. Activities can include field trips, structured play, and/or workshops.
Our summer camps are designed to provide an environment where English-speaking children learn Spanish, and Spanish-speaking children further develop their language skills.
- Summer Spanish camp for ages 2-4 with full-day (9am-3pm) and half-day (9am-12pm) programs available. Choose to attend 1, 2,3 or 5 days per week.
- Summer Spanish camp for ages 5-8 with full-day programs and extended day care until 6pm also available. Choose to attend 1, 2,3 or 5 days per week.
- After camp summer program for bilingual children from Pre-kindergarten to 4th Grade.
