Camp Katy is a family owned and operated technology day summer camp with multiple locations in Texas for boys and girls ages 5-17. We provide week-long classes in 3D Game Design, Movie Production, Computers, Photography, Lego Mindstorm Robotics and more. Students may register for one, or multiple weeks at a time. Our summer camps are located in Katy, Waller County - Clear Lake, Webster & Houston, Harris County - and Sugar Land, Stafford, Fort Bend County.

Our Instructors:
Our instructors are "current". They know how to reach your kids and instruct them in the high tech skills they will need in school and in the future. All of our hand-selected staff are hired with industry knowledge in their subjects, and are trained and certified in-house to work with children with autism and mild ADD. Each summer camp season is loaded with brand new, up to date, real-world curriculum and technology inspired by the biggest technology brands on the market. We’re not just a computer camp, art camp, movie camp, or technology camp; we’re so much more!
This local Katy business was created by Katy resident & Class of '92 Katy High School graduate, Amber Foxhoven Strickland. A mother of three, she, like other Katy moms, struggled to find fun and engaging activities for her children during the summer. Frustrated by the level of technology being taught at school, the idea for Camp Katy was born. Beginning with just a couple of half day classes seven years ago, Amber has grown her camp to teach over 350 kids. Come check out the Camp Katy difference! Situated in the heart of Alamo Heights in San Antonio TX, New World Spanish provides quality Spanish language classes for adults and kids. In addition, we offer a Spanish summer camp for children ages 3-11.Our engaging summer program provides your child with an excellent opportunity to learn Spanish in a fun way!
All of our teachers are native Spanish speakers. They have extensive experience in teaching Spanish as a second language.
Using songs, games, crafts, and other interactive activities, they will develop your child's understanding and confidence in speaking Spanish.
To provide flexibility for your summer plans, we offer weekly enrollment, with different themes each week.
Both half-day and full-day options are available, and you can choose to enroll your child for 1 - 5 days per week.

Camp Huawni is a co-educational residential summer camp for boys aged 7 to 15 years and girls aged 7 to 16 years, located in Shelby County in East Texas, between the small towns of Timpson and Center. Started in 1965 and still family-owned / operated today, Camp Huawni offers an overnight summer camp for kids and teens in Texas, with outdoor activities included, as well as sports, adventure and fun.Camp Huawni has been a safe haven for 47 years where children can be themselves and where lifetime friendships begin. Camp Huawni believes in fun, meaningful relationships, being outdoors, personal growth and tradition. Our smaller setting and 3:1 camper to counselor ratio make us unique and allows us to invest purely in relationships that result in true personal growth.
Camp Huawni has a total of four sessions, including 2 two-week sessions and 2 one-week sessions, and limits each session to 130 campers. Many campers enroll in up to 4 sessions, a total of 6 weeks. Camp Huawni is a Christian-based camp but welcomes children from any faith background.
Located in the scenic pine forests of East Texas, we have enabled generations of campers to experience life-changing summers at Camp Huawni.
- Camp Huawni enrolls 130 campers in each of four summer camp sessions, two sessions of 2-week duration and two sessions lasting 1-week.
- The ratio of campers (girls to boys) is approximately 60% to 40%.
- Girls’ camp is located on the south campus and boys’ camp is located on the north campus.

Conveniently located in southwest Houston, Milestone Technical Institute is an IT career training school providing 2-week STEM technology summer camps for kids and teens ages 9-17. This immersive, project-based STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) camp is designed for elementary, middle, and high school students interested in exercising their imagination and building things with their hands.

Texas Christian Horse Camp is a Christian Summer camp where boys and girls between the ages of 8-16 experience life on a working horse ranch. Our 'Saddle Up' program is designed for campers ages 8-12, while our 'Buckle Up' program is for teens ages 13-16. Each camp size is intentionally kept small (12 students), so each student receives ample riding time and quality instruction. Campers own a horse for a week at this one of a kind camp. Children learn horsemanship skills, life on a working ranch, and an appreciation for the beauty of one of God's most beautiful creations, the horse.

Based in Keller TX, Lone Star Leadership Academy provides spring break and summer academic leadership camps for outstanding 4th-8th grade students. Participants travel to Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin/San Antonio or Houston/Galveston to develop leadership skills and interactively experience what they are learning in school through visits to significant Texas sites. Bright, gifted and high-achieving students develop leadership skills and learn about the great state of Texas.Participants have the opportunity to learn about future career and internship opportunities, visit historically, scientifically and environmentally significant sites and be part of a rare academic experience. Upon completion of the program, each participant receives a Lone Star Leader Certificate of Merit to be added to his or her academic achievements.
Lodging is at the Education in Action dormitories in Keller, Wimberley, and New Caney TX. Lone Star Leadership Academy participants and at least two program facilitators will be housed in a bunk style air-conditioned room.

• Are you searching for a fun summer language camp in Houston TX for your child of Preschool / Kindergarten to 1st Grade Elementary School age? • Conveniently situated in Rice Village in south-central Houston (close to Downtown), Crossing Borders provides 1 to 10-week Spanish summer camps for kids ages 4, 5 and 6 years old.
