Rosemead College of English:
Rosemead College of English (RCE) is located in sunny Southern California. It was established in 1992 and has two campuses, one in Rosemead and one in Torrance. Both campuses have been approved by the INS to issue the SEVIS I-20 form to foreign students who intend to apply for student visa (F-1). RCE is also an official testing center for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) examinations.

Rosemead College of English (RCE) offers six levels of study in our Intensive English Program (IEP). Each level has classes in pronunciation, reading, writing, grammar, listening and oral communication. In order to determine which level is the most appropriate for a student who wishes to enroll in our program, he/she is required to take a placement test upon registration.

TOEFL
Our 16-week TOEFL Preparation Program enables students to master the new internet based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT). TOEFL measures students' English proficiency and is required by most US colleges and universities for admission of international students.

Students at the Rosemead College of English TOEFL iBT Preparation class will:
- Develop TOEFL listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Work on actual TOEFL test problems and sections
- Take a weekly TOEFL diagnostic test
- Take the TOEFL iBT test on-site at Rosemead College of English

TOEIC Preparation
As an official TOEIC test center, our school offers students a 16-week program of preparation courses making it possible for them to master the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC). The course offers instruction on four areas of the test-listening, reading, grammar, and vocabulary. Besides regular class instruction, we also provide weekly practice test to monitor students' progress. A student can obtain a total score of 990 on the TOEIC test.
