Rosemead College of English:
Rosemead College of English (RCE) is located in sunny Southern California. It was established in 1992 and has two campuses, one in Rosemead and one in Torrance. Both campuses have been approved by the INS to issue the SEVIS I-20 form to foreign students who intend to apply for student visa (F-1). RCE is also an official testing center for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) examinations.

Our Mission:
Rosemead College of English (RCE) is committed to providing instruction in English as a Second Language so that students may pursue their language acquisition for personal development, or so that students may prepare for admission and successful study in a U.S. college or university. This preparation includes the TOEFL exam preparation course.
It is also RCE's mission to serve international professionals who wish to increase their English proficiency for career advancement. Therefore, RCE offers two additional test preparation courses for the TOEIC and NCLEX exams. TOEIC preparation classes are designed for students who intend to pursue business related jobs, and NCLEX preparation classes prepare nurses, who were trained overseas, so that they may acquire the English proficiency necessary to continue their nursing careers in the United States.
Location:
Rosemead College of English campus is located on Valley Boulevard. It is very close to the freeway and about 15 minutes away from Pasadena, one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in Southern California, famous for its Rose parade and California Institute of Technology. It is also about 25 minutes away from Hollywood, Santa Monica and wonderful sandy ocean beaches.
The Torrance campus of Rosemead College is located in Torrance city, the 4th largest city in LA County. Torrance is famous for its beautiful Torrance beach, Del Amo Fashion Center Mall, the biggest shopping center in the western part of the United States, and the Torrance Cultural Arts Center. The city is about 20 minutes away from Los Angeles International Airport by freeway.
English Language Programs:
ESL at six levels, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC Preparation, NCLEX-RN, and Summer School. At Rosemead College of English students are taught by native English speakers, in pairs or small groups, which enables teachers to monitor their progress individually.
