The goal of our courses is to teach people to communicate in Spanish in real world situations. With this goal in mind, our classes focus on the basic linguistic skills: speaking and spoken interaction, listening comprehension, reading and writing.

EIDE is located in the city centre of Santurtzi, a fishing town on the northern edge of Metropolitan Area of Bilbao. Bilbao is the largest city in the Basque County (close to the French border) and is easily accessible by air, road and rail. It is only 1 hour flight from Madrid and Barcelona and 1.5 hours flight from Malaga. Santander is a 75 minute drive and San Sebastian is 60 minutes drive away. A Brittany Ferries ferry service links Santurtzi to Portsmouth, UK.
