Cape Studies - Language School:
We have recently moved into our new premises, a beautiful, large Victorian house, with a lovely outdoor area and a swimming pool. The classrooms have been beautifully appointed and modern audio visual teaching materials are used.

Monday to Friday, 8 students per class - Standard English Course, Intensive English Course, Intensive Plus, Standard Plus, Business English, Cambridge Examination Preparation -FCE, CAE, CPE, London Chamber of Commerce & Industry Examination Preparation, Private Tuition.
Our classes are dynamic, multicultural and fun with students from all over the world. Most of our students come from Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Poland and Japan - but we have many students from other countries such as Angola, Zaire and Brazil. The classes are intimate with no more than 8 students per class.
We as a school assess our teachers on a regular basis and provide on-going teacher training so as to keep up to date with new and proven teaching methodologies. We evaluate our students on arrival and place them in a course according to their level. Most of our students are young adults between 18 and 35. All courses are taught from Monday to Friday. Each lesson is an academic hour followed by a ten-minute break.

Situated in Plettenberg Bay in the heart of the adventure capital of South Africa, Garden Route Language Centre specialise in combining language and adventure in a 4 week intensive English course. Our course structure and group participation in adventure activities offer students a maximum learning experience both in and out of the classroom.

Our intensive English courses involve 30 hours / week and are restricted to 16 students to ensure personalised attention. The course is divided into 2 classes, (pre-intermediate/intermediate) and (intermediate/upper intermediate). All transport to and from adventure activities are inclusve.

We offer our students a unique combination of language and adventure. Our school is in Plettenberg Bay which is the adventure capital of South Africa. It is famous for it's beauty and the whale season from August to November.
