Every student has a fully loaded workstation at their desk at all times - consisting of an iMac computer loaded with the latest Pro Tools software and plugins, Logic, Ableton Live, McDSP professional plugins and an Akai MPK mini-keyboard controller. 

All the HIT instructors are successful professionals currently active in the recording, game audio, post audio and film industries. Students receive a great deal of personal attention due to the small class sizes. Our primary objective is to ensure that, by graduation, our students have achieved the level of proficiency and confidence required to enter the world of professional recording and music production.

- Audio Engineering and Music Production Diploma (AEMP) 
A nine month diploma program, providing 720 hours of integrated theory and real world studio practicals.

- Advanced Recording Artist Diploma Program (ARA) 
Sign a record deal with HIT Records and Maximum Music / EMI. This 3 month diploma program is designed to take you through the entire production process, from concept to final product where students will be involved in all aspects of recording and releasing music, including, A&R, Artist Development, Sales, Marketing, Promotion and Publicity. The program also includes advanced 200 level Pro Tools certification courses.

- Electronic Music Production Diploma Program(Ableton 9)
A 6 month full spectrum Electronic Music Production diploma program, specializing in creating, recording, producing, live performance, and career development.

-  Pro Tools Certification courses 
Pro Tools is the most widely used Digital Audio Production system in the world. Pro Tools courses include training in 101, 110, 130 (Game Audio), 201 and 210M

- Introduction to Basic Recording Techniques
This course provides 24 hours of integrated classroom theory and ‘hands on’ studio practicals. It is geared towards recording studio hobbyists, musicians, and novices of all ages. Attendance is four hours a day, one day a week.

- Ableton 101
This hands on workshop is designed to unlock the basics of electronic music production in Ableton Live .During the weekend intensive, each student will be provided an Ableton workstation to follow the instructor and work on assigned projects and exercises.
