The Canadian Language Exchange Center of Montreal is located in the heart of downtown on one of Montreal's main streets (St. Denis), on the doorstep of the Old Port, the most-visited quarter of the city. Our school is situated in a large Victorian house which dates back to Canada's confederation (1867), close to busy shopping areas and sites of cultural interest, including museums, cinemas (both French and English), restaurants, the Jazz Festival, etc. Courses are given in small groups in classrooms with walls of brick and wood, which lends a distinctive and original character, as well as a warmth and friendliness that can't be found anywhere else in North America. Students have access to our multilingual library and free Internet access.

Located between “Berri-UQAM,” the main subway station, and “Champ-de-Mars”, the stop closest to Old Montreal, the school is close to busy shopping areas and sites of cultural interest, including museums, cinemas (both French and English), restaurants, the Jazz Festival, etc.

Courses are given in small groups in classrooms with walls of brick and wood, which lends a distinctive and original character, as well as a warmth and friendliness that cannot be found anywhere else in North America. Students have access to our multilingual library at no additional cost. Our unique approach favours student encounters: it allows for an exchange which increases opportunities for language practice, and creates long-lasting friendships.

Students benefit from several amenities of our school. They have access to a large number of well-equipped classrooms, located on two floors, which include a multi-lingual library, a video-viewing room, a language laboratory equipped with computers and free internet access, a study room, a commons area and a dining area.
