After a rigorous assessment process, Yorkville University was granted both University status, and approved to offer an Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree by the New Brunswick Department of Education in 2004. On October, 2011 Yorkville University was granted approval to offer a Master of Education in Adult Education in Adult Education.

A DLM is a court reporter who uses audio equipment to record in-court proceedings
