Agile & Scrum Training:
Agile project management training addresses the special requirements faced by project managers working in an IS environment.

Prince2 Training:

PRINCE2 Foundation Course (3 Days):
This Prince2 course gives you a working understanding of the PRINCE2 structured project management method and includes the PRINCE2 Foundation examination

PRINCE2 Combined Foundation & Practitioner Course (5 Days):
Gives a complete and practical understanding of the PRINCE2 project management method and how it should be applied. PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner examinations are included in the course. We refer to this as simply "PRINCE2 Practitioner".

The most popular format is 5 days Monday to Friday but you will also find options where the course is split over 2 weeks.

PRINCE2 Conversion Course (2 or 3 days):
For project managers who have attended the PRINCE2 Foundation event and now want to gain the Prince2 Practitioner's certificate. It includes the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination.

PRINCE2 Re-Registration Courses (2 -3 Days):
For PRINCE2 Practitioners certified over 5 years ago who are required to take the re-registration examination to keep their registration . There are both 2 and 3 day refresher courses which include the re-registration exam.
