About Our Director - Elda Abate
She is an experienced bartender, bar manager, and bartending instructor originally from New York State’s Capital District.

Elda’s family has been in business for 35 years. Elda has worked in every facet of the industry, including dishwashing, bussing, food-prep, serving, bartending, management, and ownership.

40-hour Bartending & Mixology Course:

Study options:
- Day: 10:30 am – 3:00pm (2 weeks, 40 Hours)
- Evening 6:00pm- 11:00pm (2 weeks, 40 Hours)
- Weekends: 11:00am- 7:00pm (5 weeks, 40 Hours)
