The British High Commission in Cyprus maintains and develops relations between the UK and Cyprus. The High Commission works closely with the Cyprus government on a wide range of issues, including political, commercial, security and economic questions of interest to the UK and Cyprus.

Consular services:

• Urgent assistance;
• Issuance of emergency travel documents;
• Marriage and civil partnership services;
• Registration of birth or death;
• Bereavement support;
• Assistance in case of an arrest;
• Notarial and documentary services;
• Legalisation services.

In case of lost or stolen passport, it must be reported. The High Commission can issue a replacement passport or an emergency travel document.

Citizens of Cyprus don’t need a visa to come to the UK.

The Embassy is closed on Public Holidays.
