Loss of passport abroad should be reported to the nearest Malaysian Representative Office for replacement of passport together with a police report.

Citizens of Egypt do not need visas to visit Malaysia for stays of up to 3 months.

The Embassy is closed on Malaysian and Egyptian Public Holidays. When a public holiday falls on Friday or Saturday, the following working day will be observed as a holiday.
