Medicine and Surgery Master's Degree Program Curriculum:
Differing from the classical Italian curriculum, the first two years are dedicated to basic sciences, studying the structure and function of the human body and introducing students to the professionalism and to the complex concept of what it means to be a doctor. Years Three and Four involve a systematic study of the diseases of individual organs and systems of the human body (cardiovascular, respiratory, etc…). The final two years are devoted to consolidating clinical skills, patient management and drafting a final thesis.

- Semester 2: Infectious diseases; Pathology; Pharmacology; Radiology and radiotherapy

Year 5:
- Semester 1: Neurology; Bone and joint diseases; Mental health; Patient management
- Semester 2: Obstetrics and gynaecology; Public health and environmental medicine; Paediatrics; Patient management

Year 6:
- Semester 1: Patient management; Emergency; Forensic medicine
- Semester 2: Thesis and activities of personal interest
