Turkish Embassy in Singapore has been functioning since 1985. Its main aim is to contribute to the development of bilateral relations between Turkey and Singapore. Embassy of the Republic of Turkey is ready to assist the Singaporean companies in their endeavors for doing business with Turkey. The legal and institutional framework of economic relations between Turkey and Singapore is conducive for collaboration. Turkey and Singapore have agreements for "Avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income" and "Reciprocal promotion and protection of investments".

In case Turkish passport is lost or stole while abroad, it should be immediately reported to the local police.

The Electronic Visa (e-Visa) Application System was launched on 17 April 2013 by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey. This system allows visitors travelling to Turkey to easily obtain their e-Visas online, in approximately three minutes.  E-visa is only valid when the purpose of travel is tourism or commerce. For other purposes, such as work and study, visas are given by Turkish Embassies or Consulates.

Singapore ordinary and official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels to Turkey for up to 90 days. 

The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
