Consular services provided by the Embassy:

• Issuance of Thai passports;
• Issuance of visas;
• Legalization of documents;
• Assistance in cases of emergency;
• Notarial services;
• Allowing Thai citizens to participate in national elections while abroad.

In case Thai passport is lost, it should be immediately reported to the local police. In order to apply for a new passport at the Thai Embassy or Consulate, a police certificate about the loss of the passport will be required.

Citizens of the Philippines are not required to obtain a visa when entering Thailand for tourism purposes and will be permitted to stay in the Kingdom for a period of not exceeding 30 days on each visit.

Nationals of other countries may need a visa to enter Thailand, therefore they should contact nearest Thai Embassy or Consulate to find out if they need a visa. Visa processing time is two working days.

The Embassy is closed on Thai and Philippine holidays.
