The Embassy provides these consular services:

• Issues, renews passports;
• Issues visas;
• Isssues birth certificates;
• Deals with Sudanese citizenship matters;
• Provides power of attorney services;
• Issues emergency travel documents;
• Authenticates documents.

Visas to enter Sudan should be requested through Sudanese embassies abroad. Conditions and requirements for visa applications are:

• Visa application form should be downloaded, printed and filled.
• Two passport size photographs should be attached.
• Application should be mailed or faxed to the following address: Koninginnegracht 63-64; 2514 AG; The Hague; The Netherlands; Attention: The Consul; Fax: + 31 (0) 70 361 7975.
• Upon the receipt of notification, applicant will be required to appear before the Consul in order to tender his/her passport for affixing of visa.
• Visa fee should be paid. (Single entry visa: 60 Euro; Multiple entry visa for six months: 305 Euro; Multiple entry visa for one year: 605 Euro).
