The Embassy provides these consular services:
- Registration of Spanish citizens abroad;
- Allows Spanish citizens abroad to participate in national electoral events;
- Provides civil registry services;
- Provides notary services;
- Issues passports;
- Legalizes documents;
- Issues driving license;
- Issues visas.
In case of lost or stolen Spanish passport, it should be immediately reported to the local police, and a police report must be obtained.
Citizens of Singapore or Malaysia do not need a visa to travel to Spain for tourism or business for a maximum stay of 3 months (90 days) within a period of 6 months.
Citizens of Singapore or Malaysia who want to visit Spain for a stay of more than 90 days or citizens of some other countries need a visa to enter Spain. When applying for a visa, they must be in possession of a valid travel document, valid visa and documents proving the purpose and conditions of stay, and have sufficient financial means of support during the stay in Spain.
The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
