In case of lost or stolen Spanish passport, Spanish Embassy or Consulate may issue an emergency pass to return to Spain.

Citizens of Portugal do not need a visa to travel to Spain. Passports and travel documents are required to be valid during the duration of the visit. Citizens of other countries should check if they need a visa to travel to Spain. The visa will take at least 2 weeks to be issued.

The Embassy is closed on Spanish and Portuguese public  holidays.
