The Embassy provides these consular services:

In case of lost passport, South Korean citizens should report the loss to the local police and obtain a police notification. This notification will be needed when applying for an emergency passport at the South Korean Embassy.

Citizens of China need visas to visit South Korea. Required documents:

• Visa application form;
• Scanned image files of passport pages;
• Digital photograph (in natural color, 3.5cm x 4.5cm size);
• Fee;
• Documents that prove the purpose of entry;
• Additional documents for respective status of stay.

Citizens holding passports issued in Hong Kong or Macau are allowed for visa-free entry into the Republic of South Korea for stays of up to 90 days.
