Consular services provided by the Consular Section of the Embassy:

• Issuance of visas.

Citizens of Norway do not need an entry visa for Romania. Citizens of other states (states not in the EU/EEA) need an entry visa.

The visa processing fees are charged beforehand, in EUR, as well as in US Dollars, or in the currency of the state of residence, based on the average exchange rate to the EUR. In countries with a free currency market, visa fees are usually charged in EUR or in US Dollars.

The Consular Section is closed on public holidays of Romania.
