In case Portuguese passport is lost or stolen, it should be immediately reported to the passport issuing authority in order to cancel the passport. Portuguese diplomatic mission can issue a temporary passport or single travel permit to return to Portugal.

Citizens of Sweden do not need visas to visit Portugal.  

All consular services are to be paid at the time of the request and only cash payments are accepted.
