As the initial point of contact, Missions have a vital role in projecting a positive image of Malaysia overseas. Malaysian Missions overseas are also acting as the main communication channel for Agencies in Malaysia to promote Malaysia in various spheres including trade and investment, cultural exchanges, tourism as well as promoting education opportunities in Malaysia.

Consular services provided by the Embassy:

  • Passport renewal;
  • Birth/marriage certificate registration;
  • Registration of Malaysians abroad;
  • Assistance in emergency situations

In the event of loss of personal documents and belongings, Malaysians are advised to report it at the nearest police station. This will facilitate any insurance claim and replacement of relevant documents. A copy of the police report should be attached when applying for emergency travel documents.

Since Malaysia and Poland have signed an agreement for the partial visa abolishment in 1997, Polish citizens do not require a visa to enter Malaysia for stays of up to 3 months. Malaysians can enter Poland without visa for 3 months for tourist purposes. Citizens of other countries should check with the diplomatic offices of Malaysia to find out if they need a visa to travel to Malaysia.

There are currently no direct air flights between Malaysia and Poland. Travelers from Malaysia may fly to major destinations in Europe, such as Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Rome or Vienna, and take connecting flights to Warsaw.

The Embassy is closed on weekends and public holidays.
