Mission of the Embassy of Malaysia in Manila is to uphold Malaysia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, to promote and protect its interests, and to extend effective and efficient services to the Ministry’s stakeholders and clients through dynamic and proactive diplomacy.

Consular services provided by the Embassy:

• Renewal of passports;
• Issuance of birth, marriage certificates;
• Registration of Malaysians abroad;
• Assistance to Malaysian citizens in cases of emergency;
• Registration of death;
• Receive reports about missing persons;
• Issuance of visas.

Philippine citizens are exempt from requiring a visa to enter Malaysia for a stay of up to 30 days and extension of a stay is not permitted. Visits to Malaysia for over 30 days require a visa.

The Embassy is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
