Security instructions for people who wish to obtain consular services at the consulate offices
- Please bring a photo ID.
- Every visitor and his belongings will be required to undergo a security check.
- For security purposes, no personal objects will be allowed into the consulate, including handbags, mobile phones and electronic devices.
- Do not bring large handbags or suitcases to the consulate.
- Do not bring food and/or beverage bottles or containers.
- The consulate's security directives apply to people in the consular waiting room. The instructions of the security staff must be obeyed at all times.
There are several consular matters, that require personal attendance of the applicant at the Consular section:
- First passport - all ages!
- Passport for a minor under 18 years of age - in addition to the minor, required the presence of one parent, or both
- Replace of a stolen/lost/destroyed passport
- Notification of the birth of an Israeli citizen abroad
- Notification of change in marital status
- Notification of selection/change of name
- Declaration of Waiver of Israeli citizenship
- Notary services
- Personal interview/hearing

Material that is mailed to the Consulate must be only sent to the following address:

The sender is responsible for material mailed to the consulate. It is recommended to send a registered mail. It is important to emphasize that there are cases in which you are required to visit in the consulate in person.
Note that documents must always be sent to Israeli missions via registered mail. Payment by bank draft is acceptable; payment by personal check is not.
