French overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion Island, and Mayotte) and territories/collectivities (French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, Saint Pierre and Miquelon) are not situated in the Schengen Area and would therefore require a special/separate visa.
