The Consular Section of the Estonian Embassy in London provides consular assistance and services to overseas Estonians, which include citizen registration, identification documents and passport related matters, emergency travel documents, legalization of documents, etc. The Consulate also issues visas to foreign nations who wish to visit Estonia and offers a range of other services and information on Estonia.

Estonian passport and ID-card applicants have to come to the Embassy in person to submit the application, as the Embassy collects fingerprints for the documents. One can book an appointment over the phone 020 783 853 88. Children under 12 years do not have to come to the Embassy in person, one of the parents can submit the application on behalf of the child. 

Every Estonian national has the obligation to update his/her data in Estonian Population Registry. If one lives in the United Kingdom but has an Estonian address as a place of residence in Estonian Population Registry, it should be replaced with his/her UK address.

Every Estonian national has the obligation to update his/her data in Estonian Population Registry. If a an Estonian citizen gave birth, got married or changed his/her name in the United Kingdom, the person should provide the Embassy with this information. An original document (e.g. birth certificate) should be sent to the Embassy in London.

The Embassy accepts payments by cash, all major credit and debit cards (except those issued in Estonia) and by Postal Order.
