Consular services provided by the Embassy:

  • Legalizes documents.

If Danish passport is lost or stolen, it should be immediately reported to the local police. Police notification about the loss/theft of the Danish passport, birth certificate and photo ID will be needed when applying for a new passport at the Embassy.

Swedish citizens who have valid passports and valid residence permits can travel to Denmark as tourist for a period of up to 90 days within a 180 day period.

The Danish Embassy in Stockholm no longer accepts cash payment. All fees are to be paid by Master or Visa Card.

The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
