If Canadian passport has been lost, stolen or damaged, Canadian national must report it by sending a completed Declaration concerning a lost, stolen, inaccessible, damaged or found Canadian travel document (PPTC 203, PDF) by fax or email to the Canadian office responsible for the province where he/she is in China, or by appearing in person during passport services hours.
Citizens of China need visas to visit Canada. Required documents:
- Fee payment in an acceptable format.
- A photocopy of the information page of applicant’s valid passport or travel document.
- Two photos.
- Proof of financial support.
- Photocopy of applicant’s marriage license/certificate.
- Purpose of travel.
- Photocopy of applicant’s current immigration status.
- Minors travelling alone or with one parent must provide custody documents or a letter of authorization from the other non accompanying parent or a letter of authorization signed by both parents or legal guardians.
- Any additional documents required by the responsible visa office.
Visa processing time is 15 days.
The Embassy is closed on statutory holidays.
