Consular services provided by the Embassy:

• Provides assistance to Brazilian citizens abroad in cases of emergency;
• Provides notarial services;
• Legalizes documents;
• Issues passports;
• Registers Brazilian citizens abroad;
• Provides military draft services;
• Issues marriage, birth, name change, death certificates.

In case Brazilian passport is lost or stolen while abroad, it should be immediately reported to the local police and a police notification must be obtained which will be needed when applying for a new passport at the Embassy of Brazil.

Because of existing bilateral visa waiver Brazilian tourists do not need a visa to enter the Philippines, and vice versa, for a stay up to 90 days.

The Embassy is closed on public holidays.
