If a Belgian passport or identity card has been lost or stolen, it should be reported to the nearest police station. A police notification about the loss/theft of the Belgian passport must be obtained. It will be needed when applying for an emergency travel document at the Embassy of Belgium. Emergency travel document allows Belgian citizen to return to Belgium and is valid for up to 15 days.
Polish citizens do not need a visa to Belgium for stays of up to 90 days. Citizens of other countries may require a visa to visit Belgium. Visa processing usually takes 15-30 days.
