To obtain a visa the following should be submitted:

• A valid original passport. A passport should have at least two blank visa pages and be valid for at least 90 days upon conclusion of your trip.
• The form must be filled out completely, no blank spaces must be left. If a question does not apply, please type "N/A". If the answer is none, write "NONE". Incomplete forms will be returned to the applicants UNPROCESSED. The form should bear the original signature of applicant and must be well readable. Please, fill out in block letters.
• One recently made passport size color photo of the applicant should be attached (stapled or pasted) to the marked space at the upper right-hand corner of the application form. Do not staple the face.
• Applying by mail, you should enclose self-addressed stamped return envelope. To prevent the envelope loss make sure that it has a tracking number. The applicants are highly recommended to submit documents in person or make use of UPS, DHL or other secure express mail services. Please, be advised that the Embassy shall not bear the responsibility for the loss of documents by post office.
• As soon as visa officers make sure that your documents package is sufficient you will be given banking details to pay by money transfer. The payment must be done the same day. Citizens of other countries with visa regime with the Republic of Belarus have to contact the Embassy of Belarus to find out the exact amount of the fee (applying with UK or other than EU passports).
