In case Austrian passport is lost or stolen, it should be immediately reported to the nearest police station. A police notification about the loss or theft of the Austrian passport will be needed when applying for an emergency passport at the Austrian Embassy in Poland.
Polish citizens can enter Austria with a valid passport or identity card and do not require a visa for stays of up to 90 days. Nationals of other countries may require a visa.

- Permission for permanent residence in Poland.
- Reservation and payment confirmation.
- Proof of sufficient funds.
- Travel, health and accident insurance.
- Train or plane ticket.
