We provide you with a 4 week intensive course, exceeding international standards, with 160 hours of classroom time, including 100 contact hours, and 60 hours devoted to teaching practice (the most important part of any TESOL/TEFL certificate course). The daily schedule is divided up into theoretical input classes and workshops in the mornings, and practical sessions in the afternoons, including lesson planning and materials production, observation of experienced teachers / teaching practice, peer observation and feedback sessions.

Our course is designed entirely around our students; we keep class sizes small so that tuition is as personal as possible and all students receive as much help and assistance as they might need. Students are encouraged to adopt their own style of TEFL teaching and are given ample class time during the course in which to practice and develop. The course is externally moderated and given international accreditation by IATQuO. Our aim is always to be ahead in terms of teaching quality and personal attention.

The Course Content is as follows:

- Foreign language lessons (4.5 hours)
- Language awareness : (21 hours)
- TEFL methodology and teaching skills (36 hours)
- Lesson planning : (40 hours)
- Teaching practice and critique (60 hours)
- Written assignments

FYNE Formación is a language school situated in the centre of Madrid, and offers a 4 week TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) programme. Spain. FYNE Formación are Institutional Members of the College of Teachers. Since our teaching academy was founded in 1987, we have provided language courses to both corporate and private clients. In an effort to improve the quality of our English language programmes and, at the same time, our own teaching staff, a training programme for the effective teaching of English was put in place.

This training programme acted as a guideline for teachers (both new and old) in how to teach English conscientiously and effectively. Out of this programme our specialised, intensive, 4 week TEFL course was born.
