At 5E Ltd, we offer Basic Skills courses in English (ESOL and ELLIS) as well as Literacy and Numeracy courses, which are guaranteed to help communities and people re-engage with life in the UK and the community and society.

National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs):
5E Ltd is accredited by the awarding body City and Guilds and OCR to deliver the following NVQ qualifications:

- Literacy and Numeracy - Level 1 and 2
- OCR Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Advice and Guidance

NVQ stands for ‘National Vocational Qualification’ and is a work-related designed to recognise and progress your employee’s abilities at their job. Each one reflects the skills and knowledge needed to do a particular job effectively creating greater confidence and increased motivation.

Our courses are run by professional, friendly and experienced staff members and tutors who will take time to make sure you are on the course that will bring you the greatest benefit. Many of 5E’s IT training courses can be tailored to meet trainees’ individual needs. You can attend extra practice sessions and work unsupervised on various computer programmes, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and numerous others. Additionally, approximately 5-10 hours of homework is often given to trainees each week, which can include theory as well as practical tasks.
