Located in Shepherd's Bush, West London, Leiths School of Food and Wine has an international reputation as a first-class culinary institute for chefs. Students come from all over the world to enjoy dedicated cooking classes in a friendly atmosphere with professionally-trained chefs. We provide one-day cooking classes, evening courses, weekend classes, and week-long classes as well as Professional Certificate and Diploma courses from foundation to advanced levels. Cooking styles, techniques and flavours taught include Italian, Indian, Moroccan, Vietnamese, and more. The minimum age is generally 18, but younger students may be considered.

This renowned full-time, 3 term, professional course is designed for those wishing to launch a career in food.

Leiths Two Term Food & Wine Diploma (for experienced students)
Omitting the Foundation term, this is suitable for those with previous cookery knowledge.

Foundation Certificate (1-term)
The first term of the Diploma, this can also be taken as a stand-alone professional course.

Intermediate Certificate (1-term)
This one-term course is the second stage of the Diploma.

Advanced Certificate (1-term)
This final one-term spring course is the final term of the Diploma.

Essential Certificate (4-week course)
This four-week culinary certificate is ideal for those new to cooking or for Gap-year students and those heading off to University.
